We ethically source almost every single coffee bean via Direct Trade, allowing our coffee farmers to build a sustainable model and produce the best possible coffees. 

Our experts freshly roast all our beans in the Bailies Roastery in Belfast. The 100% Arabica beans are roasted to our Single Origin espresso profile to be more developed whilst maintaining flavour profiles and characteristics which suit espresso or traditional filter coffee. Our medium to light roasts are some of the best single-origin coffees in the world.
