Our Microlot Coffees are some of the world's best speciality coffees. We ethically source almost every single coffee bean via Direct Trade, allowing our coffee farmers to build a sustainable model and produce the best possible coffees. 

Our experts freshly roast all our beans in the Bailies Roastery in Belfast. The 100% Arabica beans are roasted on our mircolot roaster to be more developed whilst maintaining flavour profiles and characteristics which suit French Press, Aeropress or filter coffee.
