Excellent product delivered well packaged & on time.

Arrived very prompt and very well packaged.
This is my second one and bought it because my first, which is 5 years old, suffered a fall at the hands of my hubby and it suffered a hair line crack causing it to leak.
It is just right for a second follow up cuppa if you top the pot back up. I use loose leaf tea and get the odd minute dust size bit in the bottom of the cup. Sturdy infuser basket which has a handle for lifting infuser in and out of the pot.

Makes perfect tea from leaves or bag. Love it.

Really good teapots which do it drip.
