La Guachoca is our first ever Directly Traded offering from El Salvador. This coffee is part of a long term project which started over a year ago to work with more coffees from this incredible Central American origin.

Partnering with Café Pacas since 2008, Finca La Guachoca is renowned for producing exceptional quality coffees. The farm, which takes it's name from local quail-like birds, works to balance coffee cultivation with environmental & social programmes; supporting local biodiversity through shade planting, water & soil conservation alongside providing wellness initiatives to all Café Pacas workers.

What to expect

A balanced coffee with dominant flavours of chocolate and nuts, this El Salvadorian is the perfect morning brew. With subtle notes of tropical fruits and a rounded, smooth body, the result is a full, satisfying brew.
