The location of Federico's farm- located within the western foothills of the central mountain range- is a well known and famed area for coffee production due to the specific climate of the area and it's unique topography.
The farm's coffee trees are shielded by the Galapos trees which provide protection and shade to the castillo & supremo varietals grown here.
