Unsure if I will continue

The coffee is great and I enjoy it when it comes but I have 2 issues:
1. Delivery - Royal Mail delivery/tracking is a poor experience. For example this week my order was processed on Sunday and by Wednesday afternoon I’m still waiting on delivery with no updates available on Royal Mail tracking. I’ve ran out already so this is frustrating.
2. I don’t understand how frequent the rotating espresso delivery is. I’ve ordered 6 bags in 3 deliveries since the start of December and the coffee is nice, but it’s always been the same. I thought there would be more variety by now.

Coffee is great, would love on the rotating espresso sub that when I order two bags for the one month that I could get two different bags but other than that no complaints.
