HOURS: Part time, 24 hours per week with flexibility required around weekend and evening work.
BASE: Bailies Coffee Roastery, Belfast
REPORTS TO: Sales & Marketing Manager
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

The Role
As we continue to grow our business, we have new and exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic digital marketing specialist to join our team.
The Digital Marketing Administrator will be tasked with improving digital marketing activities for Bailies Coffee Roasters. The role will be responsible for growing the brand online through driving traffic to the website, improving conversation rates, and improving the overall SEO on our website. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, this position will have responsibility for the online presence, SEO, website performance and general marketing activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop, implement and review a digital marketing strategy alongside the wider marketing team, ensuring strategy is reflective of the overall company ambition.
· Manage the ongoing maintenance of the website.
· Create new online marketing content.
· Optimise the website for the best user experience, monitoring and evaluating results and making recommendations for improvements/change.
· Plan, create and implement PPC campaigns.
· Responsible for Bailies SEO activity.
· Input and assist with creative campaigns and content.
· Manage and/or report any suspicious activity on any of the Company used platforms.
· Provide reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager as required.

Essential Criteria:
· Digital marketing experience.
· Proficient with Google Ads
· Experience with SEO software
· Experience with Shopify or similar Software.
· IT proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook etc.
· Great organisational, planning and time management skills and good intuition.
· Flexible, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Resourceful with a logical and methodological approach to problem solving.
· Good team player combined with the ability to work on your own initiative.
Desirable Criteria:
· Experience in a broadly similar industry.
· A knowledge of coffee and the wider industry.
· Evidence of continuing professional development.
· Experience using Semrush software.
