The crafters of coffee blog set up by local coffee aficionado Connor went online recently and its aim is a rather noble one - to shed light on the faces behind some of Ireland's finest coffee roasters. He states his "photographic project is to document the actual people involved in the creating of a good cup of coffee here in Northern Ireland. As coffee is a craft, I plan to use my own craft to do this. I plan to shoot portraits of roasters, business people, baristas, and others involved in the process. I hope to shoot these on a Mamiya 645 camera, with Kodak Tri-X 400 Film."
