The Bailies Coffee team had a truly fantastic time last night at the very first, and definitely not the last Northern Ireland Aeropress Championships. The event was held in Established Coffee in Belfast, and massive congratulations to them on the great hosting, and fabulous service I'm sure everyone received. As we may have mentioned, Bailies provided the freshly roasted coffee for the event, Tolima Gaitana from Colombia - and it was just as popular as we thought it might be. The competitors were pleased, and the those lucky enough to grab a free sample on the night will be too when they brew it up. For a very limited time there will be some 250g bags available on the site over here.
